This fun-filled winter extravaganza is the perfect outing for everyone. Both locals and tourists will love it, as will families of all ages. The carnival showcases the Minnesota snow with some signature events, such as the ice carving competitions, the parades, family activities, and more.

• The Parades
  The Moon Glow Pedestrian Parade officially kicks off the carnival on January 24, 2019, at 6 pm. Guests are encouraged to join local businesses on the winter stroll from the Chamber of Commerce to Rice Park, where the winter fun begins.  The King Koreas Grand Day Parade on Saturday, January 26^th at 2 pm is also a treat as the new king and his Royal court ride on through town on decorated floats.
