If you're looking for an earlier happy hour, Barbette is a great place to go. Their happy hour lasts from 2-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. This restaurant takes pride in using sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. Happy hour specials at Barbette include $6 house wines, select drafts, and house liquors. They also offer Frites, Pate, and Olives as snacks. For $8, you can enjoy Mussels, Herbed Chevre, and Grilled Baguette. W.A. Frost & Company is practically a destination of its own. Located in the historic district, this space is known for its warm fireplace and upscale American cuisine. They have happy hour deals Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 4-6 p.m. One favorite at W.A. Frost is the Cheese Curds, which also come with onion petals and a ranch dipping sauce. If you're in the mood for something more filling, try the Steakhouse Burger, which comes topped with American Cheese, Caramelized Onions, and Steak Sauce Aioli. Wash it down with some mulled wine for good measure.
