By the time February comes around, most people are starting to feel a little cooped up and tired of being inside. The good news is that there are plenty of outdoor events to attend around the Twin Cities in February. If you've been busy looking at Minneapolis homes for sale or St. Paul homes for sale, we recommend pressing pause for a few hours and stopping by one of these events.
